(BOTH ON- AND OFF-ICE TRAINING)
SORRY, THE 2023 SUMMER IHT IS FULL
The Impact Hockey Training (IHT) Program’s mission is to provide a professional, hockey-specific training curriculum for hockey players throughout the summer months.
The IHT Program is ideal for committed and dedicated individuals playing any level of hockey, from the Youth AA & AAA levels through Midget, Juniors, College, and Pros!
The IHT Summer program will start on July 10 and run for five (5) consecutive weeks ending on August 10. Training is four days a week (M-Th), providing both on- and off-ice performance training.
You can select one week, two weeks, or all five weeks; it's up to you. We have multiple offerings that accommodate all players. On-ice groups consist of 12-18 players with a 1:6 Coach to Player ratio.
