RSG Checking with Confidence

Rockets Sports Group & RSG Academy are proud to bring back our Checking with Confidence Clinic Series. Join our 5-Week Program that will provide professional instruction on the skills and techniques of giving and receiving checks. Our on-ice instruction is designed to provide a safe environment, where each player will be taught angling, positioning, checking techniques, how to give and receive a check, and situational awareness.

Each session will be 60-minute on-ice instruction (per session), these are designed to progress week to week. Participants are encouraged to attend all (5) sessions.
