Ready to own the dirty areas of the ice? Our Battle & Puck Protection Clinics are specifically designed to transform how you compete for space. We provide a high-energy, safe environment where players move beyond basic skating to master the physical side of the game.

Through expert instruction, you’ll develop the grit and technique needed to win every 50/50 puck and keep it under pressure.

4-session clinic with a specific focus on proper checking technique and skill work for defensemen run by Sean Cromarty. 

Checking work focused on angling, delivering a clean body check, accepting a hit, reverse checks, and hip checks. 

Position-specific work geared towards defenseman: recoveries, escape moves, deception along the blue line, and offensive skills needed for the modern defenseman.
