The best players are those who can transition seamlessly, maintain puck control through tight turns, and escape pressure with explosive lateral movements. The RSG Agility Skating Clinic is specifically engineered to bridge the gap between "skating" and "hockey-specific mobility."

What to Expect:

Our curriculum focuses on the technical nuances of edge work and center-of-gravity management. We strip down complex movements to ensure proper form before layering on the speed and resistance.

• Elite Edge Control: Deepening the knee bend to maximize power on both inside and outside edges.
• Linear & Lateral Transitions: Mastering the "open hip" technique for effortless pivots and transitions from forward to backward.
• Escape Moves & Tight Turns: Learning how to use crossovers and weight transfers to shake defenders in small areas.
• Reactive Agility: Drills designed to improve first-step quickness and "hockey sense" feet—moving instinctively to where the play is going.
